Fullscreen Effect Not Working on Google Pixel Mobile Browsers

Out of the devices I’ve tested this on, I’ve only experienced it on my Google Pixel on Chrome and Brave browsers. I’m using the 'Fullscreen" effect with an image gallery, and when I tap an image to put it into full screen it centers itself to the bottom of the phone screen.
